Find Ancestors

Hi,
I have acquired my great great grandparents marriage cert. They married in 1919. This has given me their fathers names as Harry James Pike and William Henry Pengelly. According to the certificate, William Henry Pengelly was deceased when his daughter got married. In the profession column, there are the initials R N. I was wondering if anyone could help find any information about them as I am really struggling

Perhaps William pengelly was in the Royal Navy and died in ww1
