Find Ancestors

Hi can anyone look up the above for me please, I have him in 1871 onwards but would like to see if he is with parents and siblings before his marriage in 1868. In 1871 he was 24 yrs old, it said born Yapton, Staffs, a forgeman, with wife Charlotte 22, and baby Harriett 1yr. Attercliffe, Yorkshire. Thank-you Teresa.

Do you know who his parents were

Have you his marriage cert for his father's name . Sometimes too witmesss were family which may help identify the right family

As you don't have any other info you really need to get his marriage certificate for his dads name

He doesn't have a unique name to positively identity his birth family without further info

I am puzzled as to why I can't find any birth reg.'s for any of the children on Shirley's 1861 census??? I have tried phonetic searches......

I have looked on the gro site for the birth of the daughter Harriet with varous spellings but nothing comes up for her either

In 1841 each member of the family is transcribed separately on Ancestry, not as a family, though they're clearly a family on the image. Living in Sedgley, Staffs.

Ester, 4 months (image just says 4, but it will mean 4 months)

Ester will be the child transcribed as Eadah in 1851 and 1861.
