John married my grandmother on 3 March 1934 in a register office at Chester le street . He married Olive Miller. John age is 27 he is a coal miner.

His father name is John Matthew Metcalfe he is a coal miner. i have try to find him but have hit a brick wall. I do not know were my grandfather was born or anything about my great grandfather. Any information will help . thank you Sandy

That is my grandmother Olive Miller. she never know her father. The story is that my great grandmother was attack by a friend of the family. In later years she married William Rawe. thank you Sandy

Husband John Matthew is not with her any of them.

One can only assume that they seperated.
