Afraid I still don't see the article re Charles in the work dispute- however, I must have seen it as I've found the incident in the petty sessions register on FMP:

Complainant: William Lowry of Ballylevin
Defendant: Charles McGeehan of Ballylevin

Cause of Complaint:
Employers and Workmen Act 1875
You the defendant being the engaged servant of Compt at Ballylevin did on 28th October 1895 and without probable cause absent yourself and leave Compts service for which he seeks to recover damages.

Particulars of Order: to pay for damage- £1 & costs

It's strange though the fact they were all born McGeehan and later called there selfs Conoghan then back to McGeehan. I have ordered Bridgets death cert to see if that gives me any answers. I wonder why Margaret called herself Cunningham then, unless she couldn't spell and gave social services the details and they wrote Cunningham. When i googled Conoghan it did come up with this...
