Thank you, we will never know why he died. Thank you for the baptism of Ann Smith I now can move further back now. :-D

The Governors allow the Treasurer to pay to licenced
Curates serving vacant cures under sequestration,
which have been augmented out of the Parliamentary
grants, interest on such augmentations, provided they
severally produce, on their first application to him, a terest to
certificate under the hand of the Bishop of the diocese sequestra-
of his approval of such payment of interest: and on
production whenever application is made for payment
of such interest by every such Curate, of a certificate of
his constant performance of duty, and residence either
in the parish or chapelry, or within five miles of his
church or chapel, signed by two Clergymen of the
diocese, and countersigned by their diocesan.

Hi,

Chris that's OK I don't mind.

I nipped into Nottingham Archives late yesterday afternoon and got copies of the Church records from Ancestry and now do think that the William died 1815 and Ann died 1826 are the right one's as cannot find any census records or other records that would match them also that their son James born 1813 is with his grandfather Thomas King in 1851 but is also down in Olney with wife and children on 1851.
