Find Ancestors

I have a lot of Wildings in my tree. Some from Preston and others from Wigan area but not related. Although the Margaret Ellen Wilding who married Alan Waddington also comes from Aspull I haven't got her in my tree and I don't know who her father Thomas is other than he married a Seddon. Thanks anyway for trying to help

What I'm not so sure about is whether the 1911 5 y.o. Lily is your Lily, but maybe your knowledge of Lily's 1911 siblings, or else her dad's name and occup on her m.cert will help confirm this

The 1939 register is the right family although I didn't know about May born 1925 and Harold 1927.
Betty (Elizabeth) was originally married to .Daniel Roy Sumner but when he died she married Keith Woan.
As I thought Frederick was the first born I didn't look much further back for the marriage of his parents.

You'll really need the 1939 registter to try and confirm this - even then it's a bit problematic as there are no kids born before 1917.

As there doesn't seem to be an obvious Wilding / Wilson marriage before the birth it probably comes down to buying the birth cert.
