If the marriage of Charity Mary Ellis to James Henry Bowers is 'correct', there is a Mary Elizabeth Bowers born in 1909, and this looks like the family in 1911:

If you buy the marriage cert it will give you father's names, she was probably born a little earlier than 1915?
