I don't see any marriage between Philip and Mary Ann - but anyway the mother's name and dates clinch it (actually Hannah rather than Sarah) - so that rules out the Brooklyn Philip.

And you've ruled out the Aldenham one with parents Richard and Mary.

So Philip had left home before censuses started, which isn't helpful.

Apart from the probable 1851 census which you've posted, I'm afraid I can't see anything for him either.
