John a private investigator will cost a lot more than getting a couple of 'wasted' death certs, and their first step would be to look at those deaths anyway. Personally, given her age, I'd get the death certs first and hope one confirms her known date of birth:-)

All her siblings are dead. I have contacted there offspring and nobody knows what happened to her after 1966.

Yes I will get the 2 death certs but if either are not her. I was just wondering if anybody had experience of using an investigator.

Of the deaths posted on page one, only the Epsom one can be for someone born November 1925, assuming that the informant had accurate info
