Re the daughter Emily - Sylvia posted a 1902 death for an Emily Florence Blake, but clearly that's a different child, as Emily is there in 1911.

I’ve find the records already posted, but she’s not with her family on the electoral rolls. So either she’s died or married, perhaps under her stepfather’ surname. It doesn’t help that he was a Lewis & later a Turnbull.

Looks like you might have to buy her birth cert, Det!

If we could find her death or in 1939 (from DOB), we could maybe work back from there.

There are so many Ada (and Ada E) Blakes, never mind Turnbull or Lewis!
