This looks to be Annie Elizabeth Newell that married Mr Stratton on the 1939 register:

She was originally entered as Elizabeth A Newell- this was later changed to Annie E Newell. In 1945 the Surname Stratton was added to the register:-

The 1939 record of William G and Beatrice M is already posted on page 1 of this thread (24 July @ 22:44) - living in Carlton Road, Slough.

Beatrice's DOB 7th July 1908.

BUT, as Erika has pointed out, birthplaces are not given on the 1939 register.
Although all the details seem to fit, you can only be sure that Beatrice was actually Beatrice James by buying the marriage cert to see if her husband William is the correct one.
