the 1852 baptisms posted by Sylvia -

there were 3 actually, all on April 4th by George and Sarah of 11 Ann's Place - images on Ancestry

Martha born February 6th
Charles born February 6th
Charlotte Martha born September 26th

also George William 2.3.1856 born 18 December 1854

Ronald - do you mean the 3 death certificates (not birth) ?

Check 1881/1891 census in area - they could possibly be for other Henry Scott's.
