Find Ancestors

my grandfather John James Thompson was born in kendal in 1879 his mother was called Elizabeth and his father was John William . My grandfather married my grandmother also from kendal she was called Lily Dixon and lived in Taylow Row in kendal ,has anyone any more information about John James Thompson or his father John William Thompson as I have come to a blank wall,I can not find any more out about them.

I can't seem to find a John James with mother Elizabeth. There is a John thompson and Emma and a Jane. The one with a mother Elizabeth the father is a Thomas Thompson.
