I think I have had this problem in the past and Ancestry could recognise my IP address for my computer so said I couldn't have the trial. So if you are lucky enough to have a different computer to log on to it might be worth trying that. Maybe create a new hotmail address to go with it and also use a different credit card (am assuming you have to give card details as Ancestry usually ask for this - make sure you cancel in time or they will take the money) Good Luck all Kate :-) |
