I'm afraid I don't have any more info. 1861/71 Staffs Emily Jane ALLEN, born Stoke on Trent 1859. Father was William, a clockmaker. Any help appreciated - thank you.

Do you have any more information? I'm afraid I don't have any more details on John Turner's birth - I only know so far his wife and children, and that he was born in Edgbaston. I am trying to find his marriage cert though.

I know the name of John's wife because they lived with her parents for a while when they were first married. I have them on the census back to 1841 but fortunately they had a more unusual surname than Turner. It sounds like it could be difficult to trace him until I get his marriage cert.
