hello again peeps Still waiting on birth cert for my Thomas, gave wrong details when ordering it, earlier hours no good when ordering if your tired,lol, anyway thought id play around with his father once again, here goes... John Riley b Mayo Ireland 1842/43, married a Bridget ?? abt 1870 in Newcastle, so at some point he has come over from Ireland, think this is him, see below 1851 Age 9 Newcastle upon Tyne 1861 - cant find him!!! 1871 age 28 westgate Newcastle Upon Tyne ?? 1881 with Bridget and sons 1891 age 50, found 2 both in westgate newcastle upon tyne 1901 age 57 westgate newcastle upon tyne possible death April qu 1901 Newcastle upon tyne, 1901 cencus was taking 31st march so this could be his death ah? Would love for some-one to possible confirm that what i have is correct and if poss find out where he was in 1861, he would of been abt 19 years then...many thanks to all that read this, hope its understandable..Kaz

I can't find any John Rileys born in Ireland, between 1839 and 1847, in the 1851 census, living in Newcastle.

georgina I came up with that family awhile back but could decide if that was them as all i had them having was John Peter 1972, Thomas William 1873 and James Joseph 1876, do you think it is the same family?
