Find Ancestors

please could anyone help me find any info on my relative. I have come to a standstill. Her name is Lillie Sophia maiden name Shaw. d.o.b 1878. born Fulham hammersmith? Her fathers name is George Henry Shaw & mother Sophia Shaw formerly Porter. Lillie was also known as Sophia. I have found a record of her marriage to a Arthur Ginger but this was her second marriage. She was previously known as surname Drury at some point so I have been told. It is all very complicated. I would like to be able to find any info on her first marriage as I think she had 4 chidren from this marriage George, Arthur, William & Rose. I have found out from a relative that son William George Drury has the surname of Branch on his birth certificate. But nobody knows why this is. Please help I am at a los of where to go next. All I know is that she lived in Kilburn London most of her married life. Her first son George Drury was born around 1894 I think and he was from her first marriage. William George Drury/Branch her other sons d.o.b is 2/3/1900.

Nicola I think the one gerri found is a birth but Mile End is the other side of London

Thank you so it just seems that maybe she had some of those 4 children before she married the father? As George Drury was born in Fulham in 1893. Although I still cant work out why her son William was down as Branch on his birth cert.

I been trying to find them on the 1901 census and nothing is coming up

I havn't actually seen the birth cert myself, but I was told by the son of William George Branch/Drury that his dads birth cert says Branch.

It is all very strange, it just appears that William has a different father to all other children.

Do you know if I would be able to search anywhere where it gives you the list of the family at an adress like head of household, then wife & sibling etc?

Its such a shame because the son of William who I have spokento would obviously love to know who his real grandfather is, but dosn't look like I am going to have much luck tracing anything.
