If you could find any inf on the thackeray family, which may also include the name KEYs/Keyes. My grandmother was Lily a Thackeray -born aprox 1898, she married James trower 1914. and died 24/10 37 (aprox) I believe her mother was called Alice. I do not know her maiden name. Alice Is said to have married a man called Thackeray, Possibly James... their children included my nan, and possibly a brother called charles. She later married a Keyes/Keys.. I believe they also had children. It is also thought that Alice died on the same day as her daughter (14.10.37 aprox) this is unconfirmed. There was some kind of 'rift' in the family. any help would be so gratefully recieved. Thank you ~sam~ oo i didnt specify a census....i think maybe 1901 and an earlier one too..? Hi Susan, Please could you look up for me on the 1901 census, a George Etherington dob 1855 in Rotherhithe London. He was a Lithographic Machinist in Lewisham.
