Just a little to add from my EYLEY family - Rose b1879 Church Gresley noted as marrying William Kitchen 1905
I shall check where I have received or gained this information as it was in my very early days.
Would love to help you get it all sorted that is unless u have already managed it all.

Peter It already on this thread, put it on late last night Julie P.S also looked for Franks death up till 1911 and couldn't find it theres also a birth for a frank in 1905 on this thread too.

...and now I have a Rose Ellen K Peters b Fulham Dec Q 1909 - who looks a very likely candidate for a child - and I didn't know about her! (This line is my mother's cousins so I didn't want to spend money!!!) If only I could find living descendents and work back!! Peter

George F Peters born 1qtr 1913 Fulham 1a 621 has mothers maiden name as Stotter.

Thanks Zoe - looks like that may have to happen - although I do know that there was omne birth in 1913 so that makes it a bit easier. I think I also need to find a death for Frank Stotter between 1905 and 1909 to confirm...... Peter

Peter Have you tried searching the free BMD images on ancestry for the other children to see if there may be a discrepancy with the maiden name? Zoe

Hi Peter What Ozibird found might be Roses first marriage to Frank Stotter, and that Alfred Peters was her 2nd marriage, and Roses maiden name was Eyley.that why no-one could find Rose Stotter on any of the census. I found Rose Eyley on the 1901 census. Hope this explains it ok Julie

You have lost me...... The marriage is correct - she married Alfred Peters 1909 Children George F 1913, also (and I don't have years) John,Frederick, Hugh, Robert, Isobel, Minnie and Hattie - trouble is none of them are in free BMD Peter
