I wonder who the Peter and Ross's are? I've had trouble finding Edward. I've got him on the 1881 and 1901 but that's it.

So there was a older Edward too??? If he was born 1851 his parents would have only been 13/14yr old??

ooh thanks carrie that looks like it could be him. The names Henry, James and William are names that have been passed down through the Veal family :-)

They're definately all the same family. On my g grandparents marriage certificate it says Edward is a shoemaker

I wonder where Edward got to in the 1871 census. he had his first child in 1873 so he could have been married then. He married a Mary Ann Frost. Anyway you've been a great help Lady Liberty, thanks ever so much it's greatly appreciated :-) Lorraine

That's great, it'd bethe right ones because I know they were living in Chapman Road in 1902
