Hi all, need info re marriage cert really recieved yesterday hoped the marriage cert would show the names of witnesses as being family then could go on from there but no info on cert was:- James Pickett age 22 Wheelright married 13 sept 1887 to Annie Banks age 21 Witnesses Elizabeth Bradley and Richard William Day. Father of bride Jospeh Banks, father of groom James Pickett. Anyone have any idea's how i can find out about the witnesses or anything. I havent got the bride/grooms birth dates or index numbers either nor there mothers names and maiden. I am really really stuck.

Looks like James is born in 1865ish and Annie 1866ish

There are a couple of James and Ann/Annie that match years if you say where married and address will try to find them for you

ok have marriage cert in front of me took place 13 sept 1887 at the church in the parish of southwark in county of surrey James address at the time was 43 not to sure about the rest looks like paye street might not be a p its hard to see Annie's address was 50 Elrtead Street - hard to see again. Earl Street (written underneath) I know of 1 known child they had together in 1897 Kate born southwark. I have her birth cert and it says address 4 guy street.
