1861 census - must say it looks like March - image quite clear.

1871 - image not that clear but I think it says Marsh- you need to compare the letter ´s´ with others on the page.

Does it say March or Marsh on those census images as hopefully its just Marsh mistranscribed Thanks so much for this help Zoe

Just as point of interest: On the 1891, Henry is living next door to William and Augusta Champ. Could be related to John Champ who was visiting in 1881. Rose

Sorry Zoe, fingers working quicker than brain. Check back to my original posting where I said I had found 2 in 1901. That should have read I found 2 in 1891 Which one are you interested in?

Now that's the funny thing I think the 1851 above census is for Marsh, Henry abt 1858 Manderille, Wiltshire, England Head Fulham London(1901) And the other Henry is the one I'm after. Thanks Zoe

We appear to have 2 Henry Marsh´s born about the same time in Wiltshire. the one Rosemary has given to you - or this one .. Sorry am getting confused here - will be back!!
