Hi Anna, Thank you so much for all the information - even more than I asked for. You have confirmed my belief that I had the right wife for Thomas Kill's father. I wasn't sure about it being Ann Bacon, but now I am - thank you. Thank you also for giving me Richard Ransom's mother's name, even if he does seem to be illegitimate. I think the middle name of Hinton must be a clue to his father, and 30 years later in the 1851 census there is still a family of Hinton's living a few doors away from my family. Think the head of the family must be the number one suspect!! Hope you had a good day and managed to find time for some of your own research. Thanks again, Kath. x

Fiona There doesn't seem to be a Littleton in Wiltshire - there's one in Somerset and one in Hampshire both neighbouring Wiltshire. I also checked Liddington and Littleton Drew but both drew blanks.

Hi Anna, A wonderful offer! Looks like your going to be busy so not to worry if you can't fit me in, but if you do find you can I have these two brothers. On every census they say Littleton, wiltshire. I've been unable to find them in 1851/1841 but would be greatful if there is anything in the parish records. Thank you. Fiona.
