Hi Sarah, thankyou for the offer. I don't know if you will have any luck with mine. George JONES excise Officer and Henry Thomas JONES age about 22. George is his Father so guessing 45?? Probably living togather at that time. Most likely in Westminster. Will quite understand if its impossible but tearing my hair out trying to find Henrys birth. Georges name is on Henry marriage cert in 1857. Thanks Jean

Hi Simon The area I give you is the place of residence, I can't see where anyone was born. With Coote The only one feasable is John Charles Coote, 29, Shoreditch, Holywell, H1071533 page 227, he lives on his own. I did a search for Lav Coote, but with nil results. Sarah

HI Sarah, Many thanks for looking, I seem to be cursed with the name John Hall. There are so many he might as well be named Smith! With regards to the Schofield hits, is the place after the name the place of birth or their residence? Thanks for looking for John & Lavinia. I have now been told that their name has got an 'e' at the end on some records, can I smile extra sweetly and ask for another bash............ Simon
