Marianna, You say 'james was definatley born 21/02/1901' ... how do you know this ? have you got this info off the death certificate ? or have you got his actual Birth certificate. Death certs are only as reliable as the person who gives the information.. When a census gives the info born abt 1900, it is an approx year of birth and could be -/+ 1 yr. Dancer x
