george's father or grandfather was called Stobart. Mistake about Brendas birth ahould be about 1935

June, when did your George marry? Might help if you get the marriage cert to confirm his fathers name.

Kath this looks very close I think George may have been born around 1898/9 grand/great grandad may have been named Stobart. Only scant info on Elizabeth may not br Scottish

can't see an Elizabeth Coulson, wife, born in Scotland, living in Newcastle, or anywhere else for that matter.

Children:- Beatrice Mary (Polly could be nickname for Mary) Alice Joseph Frances George (aged 2) William I've saved the image in case this might be the family.
