My research went pretty well, I was researching my Mums Mums branch who originally came from Essex and I managed to get back to 1720 :-) I also found another rellie on the probate calenders - he died in 1875 and left £200 to his wife which in todays money is £11,000 :-D which makes me ask the question, if he left all that money to his wife, why was he buried in an unpurchased grave?!!!!
