Michelle, I would be grateful if you could find JOHN JARVIS a butcher from Tunbridge Wells Kent for me. On the 1861 I have him at Calverley Road age 34 with his wife Matilda age 31 and children Harry 6, Fanny 4 and Matilda 8 months. on the 1881 Matilda, a widow is a butcher at Grosvenor Road 3 St Augustine Tunbridge Wells. She has Fanny age 22 and Matilda age 20, her sons Harry age 25, John 16 and Charles 14 are living at 18 Good Station Rd, also butchers. I previously asked someone else for this lookup but they were unable to find them, so if you can't either - don't worry. Many thanks Barbara

Ian Sorry but Ancestry dosn't have an address serach facility except that you can find the Registration district- where it displays all the reg dist within that area and then to find an address you have to look at each enumerators page to see what it covers. I'm not really up on London streets at the moment but would guess that King street might come under Hammersmith which is broken then into two sub districts, the first sub district is then broken down into 59 other districts which inorder to see where King st might come you have to look at each emumerators page for each district, which would take me ages. I think perhaps people that have boxed cd discs for the census may have address search facility so it might be better to ask them. If you know a name that you are hoping to find in that address , it would be better for me to search using that information on Ancestry and if they arn't at that address then maybe I could find them somewhere else.Sorry if it all seems a bit longwinded but if you know how I might search on Ancestry for an address better I really would love to know!! Cheers Michelle
