I have a date and place for my great x2 grandfathers death and I suppose I'll need some sort of reference to be able to order the death certificate? Anyway. Could you please look for a marriage c.1850 of a Joseph Lewis Bell, born 1828 in Lowick Northumberland to Mary Main born 1831 in Swinhoe, Northumberland. Can't find a marriage in Northumberland and I am led to believe there may be a family connection to Scotland (possibly Coldstream or St. Ninian's although not certain of this).
