Hi Mary, Thanks for the offer of a lookup! I would be grateful if you could look up in the Bucks 1841 census a Daniel (b1806) and Eliza (b1809) Adaway who were both born and lived in Burnham, Bucks. I think they would have about 3 or 4 sons and daughters. Thanks! Mark

Hi Mary Thanks for offer I have a Henry[Edmund] Frreeman-born about 1836 High Wycombe according to the 1881 census when he was living at the London Rd Bakers shop in Kingston on Thames.I have been unable to trace his birth or marriage[should have been around 1860 to a Caroline Treacher[of Wargrave] if the dates of birth of his children are anyting to go by.Could you try and find him in 1841 please-or info. of any Freemans in the area at that time would be appreciated.Debbie has tried 1851 for me-only possibles then appeared to be Henry Freeman age 14 from Bridge Rd Ickford[Parents John and Rebecca both of Oxford] a Butcher or Henry age 14 a scholar from Olney.[Parents Thomas and Marey both of Olney]Were there any other contenders in 1841-thankyou so much. Stanley

Hi Mary The Olney and Ickford Henry Freemans both appear on 1881 so these are definitely not the right ones. Stanley

Hi Mary Further to my recent Freeman query i have now found on 1871 and 1881 census a Richard Freeman[1812] frm Herts and Elizabeth[1814] shown as coming from Wickham Oxon. This i think is High Wycombe Bucks and i should be grateful if you could extend your search to cover this couple who were the parents of a James Freeman who was born 1837in Wycombe and died 1840 at Wycombe. I am hoping they were also the parents of my missing Henry. It is possible that Elizabeth [Wykham-1814] was the mother and Richard Freeman[1812] from Herts was not the father-hence the identification problem. Thankyou-Stanley

Hi Mary Thanks for your kind offer. It would be great if you could look up my Great, great Grandparents for me. They were Thomas Seaton born about 1800 and wife Elizabeth nee ?Timbs? born about 1797. Living in Gawcott, Bucks with children, Ag Lab. Also, I have so far not found a marriage record for Thomas & Elizabeth or any of their children, William, born 1824, Elizabeth, Sarah, 1838 and my Great Grandmother Sophia, born 1836 who married William Pratt from Isleworth, Middlesex. None of the above seem to be in the Gawcott registers. I have Th & Eliz on the 1851 census, the children's baptisms in Gawcott but no other information Sophia & William Pratt were in Staffs from 1871, don't know where they married. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Ann
