Hi Sally You could be my saviour! (Assuming your cd covers Barnsley and Rawmarsh and Wentworth!) Though realising the date it may not be so easy! My great grandmother Ellenor (Eleanor) Elizabeth Senior was born in Barnsley in 1852... I assume she had parents so I will investigate all you can find! My great grandfather was Charles Smith born in Wentworth in c1845 I am desparate to find out info about his parents... Finally........ Ann(e) Elizabeth Renshaw though born in 1855 must have had parents and she was born in Rawmarsh so any info about Renshaws in Rawmarsh would be appreciated! Look forward to hearing from you. Regards Chrissie

I do appreciate all the kind words, thank you, On receiving the CDS I thought this is my chance to really help people. I suppose it is not so bad if youknow the area and the person you are really looking for, I have spent hours over this and have not come up with one and am really getting frustrated. Will keep looking even if it takes months, I have all your requests in my little black book, so to speak. Thank you all for your patience. Sally.

Hi Sally, Could you please do one look up for me. It's for George Tate, born about 1790, living possibly in the Whitley/Whitley Bridge area or maybe the Hatfield area. This man is proving really hard to find, he seemed to move around quite at lot! His wife was Mary Ann or Marianne. Thanks, Maggy

Hello Sally, When you have time I would be really grateful if you could see if there is a record for: Bartholomew Blenkiron. Not sure if he's mine but I've found some info on a BB in Sheffield, 1852, he was a Revenue Officer and there is an address : 88 Watery Lane, however don't know if this is work premises or a home address, or even if he was there in 1851. His wife's name was Elizabeth. Understand if you don't have time or can't do this. Thanks Michelle

Hi Sally, Any chance of a look up if you have time? Looking for info on: Joseph Jeffrey born c.1838 in Knaresborough, Yorkshire. Probably living in Oulton, Yorkshire at this time. His mother was called Margaret. Also: Stephen C Greenwood born c.1837 in Leeds. I think this would probably be North Leeds that he was living in. Any info would be really appreciated. Thank you sooooooo much, in advance!! Amy x

Hi Sally Thank you for generosity it is much appreciated. I notice you said it is address indexed so I know how difficult and time consuming that is. I am not sure where my Joseph is but in 1849 he was in Broomfield Bradford which I think is the Bowling area. He was born Shipley about 1828/9 I hope this helps narrow the search for you. Thank you so much for your time I really do appreciate this. Wiht Kindest Regards Ann
