Get his marriage certificate, that will tell you his fahter's name and occupation. Get his birth certificate and get his mother's maiden name as well.

I wonder if this could be him on the 1871???? Sussex View Record Henry Farr George, Mary Ann abt 1859 Portsmouth, Hampshire, England Son Portsea Hampshire

Hi I am wondering if I would do a look-up for me. I am looking for a Harry George Farr born abt 1859 in Portsmouth Hampshire by 1881 he was a coach painter married to a Fanny.. I am not sure if his first name is actually Harold or Henry.. thank you in advance.. Jo
