Michelle, I've searched the death indexes from 1894 to 1901 and can find no death for Henry, of course if he died in the Boar War his death would be registered in the over seas section which can be searched on the findmypast site. Fiona. xx

Thanks Reg, I think she ment the son Henry died in WW1, the first one you put up from the War graves site looks like him. Fiona.

He would been aged 50 in 1918.............unlikely to be a War casualty, unless as a civilian Reg

Michelle I'm assuming the boy born in 1894 was called Henry.......you didn't answer that part of my question. Please tell us if anyone has found this family in 1901? If they can't be found in 1901, you may have to consider that the family emigrated. Reg
