On 1851 Martha is with parents in Herringfleet, Suffolk;
William Miller 1820 Somerleyton, Norfolk occ; ag lab
Suzanne 1821 wife Lound Norfolk occ;tub maker
Frederick 1844 son Herringfleet
Martha 1842 dau Herringfleet

Cant find marriage for William and Suzanne, but there is one jun qtr 1840 in Stow (12 625) where there is a bride missing. Tried freebmd too, same result :0((

Oh..1861 Martha is a servant.

Found them on 1861 as Millen;
Still in Herringfleet
William Millen age 42 born Lomelasher :0)) ag lab
Sussanah age 39 born Lound
Frederick age 17 born Herringfleet occ; app blacksmith.

Yes, Ceri, that was a christening date. Some of the records give both birthdate and christening date but most are just christenings.
Usually the christening was within a few months of birth but you can't always rely on that. It can be years later.
I believe that you can still purchase BVRI.
Go to Familysearch.
Click on "Order/Download Products" at top.
Click on "Software & Databases"
Click on "Vital Records Indexes"

Mine shows a price of $20 US. I think it's more expensive in England.
They cover parish records in England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales.

Is this the one you wanted? It's transcribed Millen but original could be Miller.
1861 census
Herringfleet, Suffolk
William Miller, head, 42, ag lab, born Lome???, Suffolk
Sussanna, wife, born Lound?, Suffolk
Frederick, son, 17, apprentice blacksmith, born Herringfleet
