hi barry,

1 jan 1820 samuel banks - elizabeth lewer ,little horsted east sussex,

sadly thats all the info about them.i thought as lewer is unusual id check other marriages in little horsted, never know they may come in handy
maybe elizabeth sisters?

6 feb 1817 lydia - henry townsend.,

25 oct 1818 mary lewer - edward pentecost .little horsted.

there are a couple more female lewers marrying little horsted but they are mid to late 1700s.

There is one more area which I had fogotten about and that is Stoke Saint Milborough, if you have anything for there on Palmers.

hi tom, looking at the cencus, betty and martha lived in a little village called midgley.(i used to live near it) im presuming they would have died there, but there is no inscription for either, ive also looked in another 2 graveyards near to midgley, nothing in them.for those two if my records office does burial records i can go at some time and do a search for them. maybe they have no headstones,i will also try for the blackburns,

Hi Jennifer

Not sure that you can help, but thanks for the offer. My maternal grandfather, Robert Bowser, was born in 1856 in Halifax to Ann Aitken, but I can find nothing before or after 1856 for Ann. Could you please look for her on the MI.

Many thanks.

Sorry to bother you again Jennifer.

Would you have burial records for Neenton, Bridgnorth, Aston Botterell, Coalbrookdale, Ironbridge, or Delbury? I'm again looking for the surname Palmer.

Thank you.
