There are too many people that would fit those dates on the 1901 census without knowing the parents.

Where did you get the address from? the only one on 1901 that I can see is Bethnal Green and although near a bit too far too.. could she have moved area's?

Do you know roughly when they married, if you got their marriage certificate it will give her fathers name and occ, that will help find her, if she's on the census thats providing her birth details are correct, as you would be very surprised at how many people have had their birth dates given wrong on their death certificiates..

Was there any older siblings, as i can't see a marriage for Barker/Clark, and it would mean going through the Qtrs & Years
