Marrige look up URGENT PLEASEEEEEEEEE

I need someone to do me a big favour, I have recently received some new information which is a step closer to me finding my 3 half uncles. My Grandad Christopher Francis Carroll married a lady called Lillian (dont know her maiden name) around the mid 1940's around the London area. I need to know when this marrige took place and possible where. I dont mind if I end up with a list of 10 as I will order all 10 marriage certificates and then I will be able to see what children each couple had, once I have that I can order birth certificates and see which match and hopefully find my uncles. I know my grandad married my nan (Mary Murphy) in 1953 but its the marriage between my grandad and Lillian that I am after. Can anyone out there help me? |

I will look at 1943 to 1945 - Maybe it would be better if anybody looking says which years they are doing so that we don't duplicate. |

Yep thats right, before 1940 my grandad was too young and my half uncles were born late 1940. Maybe the marriage did take place in Ireland then but my mum was sure it was around London as they divorced in London but as I dont have her maiden name I cant order certificates. Things are just not on my side at the moment. |
