Find Ancestors

I think I need to get the exact details of my grandads parents before I can move on. My grandad Ernest Bell was born in 1922 and died in the year 2000. He was born and died in South Shields. I need to find the exact names of his mother and father along with their date of birth and death. His dad was William Bell and his mother was called Sarah (believe maiden name was barrett). My grandad also had 2 brothers William and Norman. Can anyone find the details of my grandads parents.

You will have to find his birth ref and buy the certificate to be certain of these details.

No death of an Ernest Bell registered in South Shields in 2000.............in fact none in County Durham in 2000

I have found out was sarah barrass and not barrett. Can you find the marriage between sarah barrass and william bell & williams middle name if he has one.

This looks like the death...NOTE; not registered in S Shields.but the birth date does tie in with the 1923 reg'n posted above

They could have married in 1912 and not 1916, my nan is going by memory with the 1916.

On the other thread I was trying to find the birth and death of my grandads brother but without knowing the correct year of my grandads parents marriage and correct full names it was impossible to link it. So I set up this one to get correct info and then I could go on to find the death and birth of my grandads brother.

Ok, I have just spoken to my nan, she said William F H Bell is my great grandad, and the other names listed are my great grandads siblings. So thank you so much for finding that. Now I come to the tricky bit. I need to find the death and birth of William F H Bell and Sarah Barrass eldest son (also called william who died at the age of 7). Can you find this for me?
