if you order the certificate from the GRO all you need is the year, quarter, one name as shown in the index, district, volume and page. |

Where are you odering it from? Go to www.gro.gov.uk. If you know the GRO reference which you do as it is the details you have listed above it will cost you £7. You need to click Yes to is GRO ref known |
