Yes - they're not on line - you have to go and look on Microfilm.

I was wondering if anyone is planning a visit to Kew anytime soon and would be willing to look something up for me?

I have the details of a Naval Officer and just need to know where and when he was born and his Naval Records seem the only way forward.

Just living in hope.......
