I've been trying for a long time now to find the family of my fathers sister. The natural mother and father of my dad John and and his sister Mary were Daniel and Sarah Graham (nee Snaith). Daniel Graham was killed in action in 1916 during WW1 and originally I thought only my father was fostered out by Sarah his mother. |

Just a thought but if she contacted teh Sally Ann to find your dad, may be they can do the same in reverse for you? They most probably kept some info. |

If she was born in 1912...what age children did she have in the early 1960s? |

My brothers and I over the years have checked many childrens homes and come up with absolutely nothing. I remember my father talking now and then of when he lived in Shotley Bridge which is in County Durham, but as always with these things they don't seem important until we are older and want to know where we come from. |
