Could anybody please give me the age of John Funnell when he died in 1931 Lewisham district .

Also 1901 census Lewisham for same person.

Only one I can see is Q4, Funnell John, age 88, Hailsham 2b 128.

There is an Amos J Funnell age 64, Lewisham, Oct Nov Dec Quarter 1931, 1d 1006

Do you think this could be him with John as the middle name?

That looks interesting ,but the birth cert on George Charles Funnell b 1904 states his father as being John Funnell.I understand that they lived in the Lewisham ,Sydenham area.

The one Keith found is probably right anyway.

a) I'm not familiar with that area so Hailsham might well be near Lewisham for all I know and

b) I've just looked up a birth for Amos and he was registered as Amos Edward not Amos J.

Dianne, Hailsham is Sussex not Lewisham, a bit of a distance away. am checking 1930 and 1932 as well.

I apologise my husband gave me the wrong information John Funnell died before 1931 according to the wedding cer of George Charles Funnell who married Katherine Yanker in 1931.

There is a John Fuller death Q2 1928 West Ham age 64, West Ham 4a 92, not sure enough of London geography to say if this is correct.

Sorry Chris I can't get an address for you. I've never seen such weird writing on an image, the whole thing looks like Arabic, no kidding!!

Is it possile that John was killed in WW1? As we dont know his age, we cannot tell.
