I'm not sure when he was born but he married Ivy Langdon in Camelford, Cornwall in 1912. I know that is where Ivy was born but don't know about William. I believe they had a son called Louvain. They lived in Liverpool in later years. Regards, Val.

	There are a number of William Parsons in Cornwall in 1901 census. Obtaining the marriage cert would give you fathers name and help narrow the search.
