	There are a number of William Parsons in Cornwall in 1901 census. Obtaining the marriage cert would give you fathers name and help narrow the search. I'm not sure when he was born but he married Ivy Langdon in Camelford, Cornwall in 1912. I know that is where Ivy was born but don't know about William. I believe they had a son called Louvain. They lived in Liverpool in later years. Regards, Val.
