Julie, I have just tried Google earth and got carried away looking at different addresses. It's fantastic. I zoomed in on Haywood Farm and it shows what looks like a row of terraced cottages. Thanks for that. |

According to the 1871 census record, my gr gr grandfather John Hayes age 24 was living with his wife Sarah Jane 25, son William 3 and daughter Elizabeth 1 in Haywood Cottage, Nynehead. |
