just thought of something maria died when my nan was about 10. which would have been about 1925/26

ok.. what you need to do now, is load all those people onto your tree, and check them on freebmd for birth reg's and potential marriage/deaths.

Look them up in the 1881 census to see what they were up to, too.

Then you can try to find the marriages of each of the couples, to get the mother's maiden names.

It's likely that Elizabeth Hole Pearce, had a mother's maiden name of Hole.

Enough to be getting on with?? lol

Once you've been through those, and got to a dead end again, post for another lookup.
