Hi Lorraine-
I found this entry, only marriage I could see before 1920 for Ethel Saville in Sheffield:
England & Wales, FreeBMD Marriage Index: 1837-1983
about Ethel E Saville
Name: Ethel E Saville

so hopefully this is your Ethel's marriage.

There is this entry for a James Saville, however I think it may be too early. you'd have to order the cert to check.

England & Wales, FreeBMD Marriage Index: 1837-1983
about James Saville
Name: James Saville
Year of Registration: 1919
Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
Spouse's Surname: Martin

County: South Yorkshire, Yorkshire - West Riding
Volume: 9c
Page: 1596

England & Wales, FreeBMD Marriage Index: 1837-1983

Year of Registration: 1919
Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
Spouse's Surname: Saville
District: Sheffield
County: South Yorkshire, Yorkshire - West Riding
Volume: 9c
Page: 1596

These are possible children of Ethel and harry:

England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index: 1837-1983
about Edna Blyth
Name: Edna Blyth
Year of Registration: 1914
Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
Mother's Maiden Name: Saville
District: Sheffield
County: South Yorkshire, Yorkshire - West Riding
Volume: 9c
Page: 1392

England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index: 1837-1983
about Harry Blyth
Name: Harry Blyth
Year of Registration: 1917
Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep
Mother's Maiden Name: Saville
District: Sheffield
County: South Yorkshire, Yorkshire - West Riding
Volume: 9c
Page: 1151

England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index: 1837-1983
about Annie Blyth
Name: Annie Blyth
Year of Registration: 1921
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
Mother's Maiden Name: Saville
District: Sheffield
County: South Yorkshire, Yorkshire - West Riding
Volume: 9c
Page: 1332

Again, they will all need checking.
I couldnt see any children of James and Eliza before 1920 Im afraid, sorry.
Hope this helps?

Only have Lydia's parents names. Lydia married Edward Wallis when in 1892. Edward's address at that time was 33 East Street and Lydia's 15 William's Place. John Hill was deceased at that stage.
