Having problems with ancestry.co.uk. I have viewed a few census images today and now all of a sudden they will not download. I pay a monthly subscription so should be able to access these census images. Anyone else had this problem and resolved it? Please your advice would be appreciated. |

There are threads on this subject almost daily. It appears that the latest version of the Ancestry downloader doesn't work with certain PC configurations. |

I've been having problems with Ancestry the last week or so - very slow, not loading etc. |

It might be worth downloading the Windows version of the Apple Safari browser and giving that a try. Have no problems with the native Apple version. |
