Dont want to renew membership

I dont wish to renew my membership when it expires on 12th October. I have tried going into My Account and changing membership to single instead of continuous but it wont let me save the changes.

I am not happy that my credit card will be charged automatically.

Can someone please advise how I can get in touch with management to stop renewal of my membership or alternatively what steps to take.

Are you getting an error when you save the changes? It works fine for me.

Mine changes O K

There is a "contact us" tab on the bar running across the bottom of most pages, you could try that to contact GR

It doesnt get charged automatically.I have just done my renewal for the 8th,I am on continuous membership,but clicking on the renew now I still had to put my credit card details in again as Genes doesnt store the info

Strange then cos i only did mine last evening and havent changed my credit card ,but i was directed to imputting the card detail in again

I've just tried to change my membership from continuous to single and I get an error message 'That site name is not allowed, please choose another'.

When I go back into check if it has worked - it hasn't.

I really do suggest you complain to GR they have done something to the site but as of yet can't work out what..Im have problem with the search trees bit

I did post yesterday about membership details single and continuous, i stated that mine had changed, however, now i think about it i didn't go back in again to check that it had, just rechecked it all again, and no it does not change, I get that same error message.
This is definitely a fault by GR, another one of their gremlins

I emailed GR and they have now changed mine to single.
