born in 1910 MAY/JUNE,registered in Ormskirt district,married Ida Crook who was born in Burnley 1907 Father was James Crook.Does anyone have any information on him as he was my grandfather i cant trace his father or mother any help would be appreciated

I presume you do not have the marriage cert as that would give the name & occupation of his father, if known

If it this the correct birth cert you list for Harvey it would also name his parents

Just a thought in 1911 below - the image does look like possibly Harvey

I wonder why they have Nelly as daughter and harvey as nephew.
No children against Nelly or Harold on 1911 census!!
So was Harvey son of Harolds sister or brother?

sorry Rose just realised you meant Harold (father) and Harvey (uncle of Harvey 1910)

The older Harvey mentioned was the brother of Harold Harvey - shown in 1891 with Harold.

I mentioned him in 1911 because it is possible he cold be the father of Harvey born 1910 (in 1911 the baby is listed as a nephew rather than grandson) but the older Harvey was unmarried in 1911 so this seems unlikely.
